If you have interacted with a business that uses CustomBuildLabs software (including CRMManagement) through WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook Messenger, you can ask us to delete your data.
1. How to Request Deletion
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
- Include your name and the account the request concerns (WhatsApp phone number, Instagram username or Facebook profile name).
- We confirm your request within 7 days and permanently delete your data within 30 days.
2. Remove the App
If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account to our app, you can also remove it:
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → find "CRMManagement" → Remove.
- Instagram: Settings → Website permissions / Apps and websites → find "CRMManagement" → Remove.
Removing the app stops all data access. Any data already stored is deleted within 30 days.
