1. Information We Collect

• Contact information you give us directly (name, email, phone) through our website or support channels.
• Messaging data from Meta platforms. When a business connects its WhatsApp Business account, Instagram professional account or Facebook Page to CRMManagement, we receive the messages its customers send to that business and the business's replies. This data includes message content (text, images, files, voice notes), the sender's name or username, profile picture, phone number (WhatsApp), platform user ID, and message timestamps.
• Account and technical data: the Page, Instagram and WhatsApp account IDs, access tokens, and basic usage logs needed to run the service.

2. How We Use Information

We use this data only to provide the service the business has requested:

• showing customer conversations from WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger in one inbox;
• sending replies and automated responses on the business's behalf;
• understanding customer requests and turning them into tasks, jobs and follow-ups;
• providing support, keeping the service secure and fixing problems.

We do not sell, rent or share personal data with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use Meta platform data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the service. We handle all Meta platform data in line with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

3. Automated Processing

CRMManagement may use automated tools, including AI models, to classify messages, suggest replies and create tasks. Data processed this way is used only to provide the service to the connected business. We do not use it to train general-purpose models.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the service (for example, cloud hosting and AI processing providers), under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We also share it when the law requires us to. Each connected business controls its own customer conversations.

5. Storage & Security

Data is stored on secure cloud servers. It is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), and access tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to authorized personnel. We keep messaging data only while the business's account is active, or until deletion is requested. After an account is disconnected or deleted, the associated data is removed within 30 days.

6. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time:

• Email [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include your name and the platform and account (WhatsApp number, Instagram username or Facebook name) the request concerns.
• Businesses can also disconnect their accounts in the app, or remove the app from their Facebook/Instagram settings (Settings → Apps and Websites).

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. SMS / Text Messaging

If you text CUSTOM BUILD LABS LLC at +1 (559) 484-9346, we collect your mobile phone number and the content of your messages solely to respond to your inquiry and provide customer support. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP or emailing [email protected].

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our SMS provider) that help us deliver messages.
